The target for the number of nominated and referred ties per respondent for Rosters A, B, and C was 6, 3, and 3, respectively.
Survey cost calculations include hourly labor costs of interviewers and the web survey manager, transportation costs for in-person interviews, monetary incentives for all interview modes, and programming costs of the Qualtrics survey applied equally to each interview mode.
