Health Policy in Asia: A Policy Design Approach

Robin Gauld is Pro-Vice-Chancellor and Dean, Otago Business School at Otago University in New Zealand. Previously, he was Head of the Department of Preventive and Social Medicine at the Otago University Medical School. He serves as Co-Director at the Center for Health Systems and Technology which spans the Business School and Health Sciences at Otago. He was a 2014 NZ-UK Link Foundation Visiting Professor at the University of London and a Commonwealth Fund Harkness Fellow in 2008-09 at Boston and Harvard universities. He received his PhD in Public Administration from the University of Hong Kong and previously taught at the City University of Hong Kong. He is current President of the 140-member Association of Asia-Pacific Business Schools (AAPBS).
