Submission Guidelines

History of Political Economy uses a single-blind refereeing process. Please include your name and affiliation (if you have one) on the first page of your paper. Papers should be double-spaced, use a conventional 12-point type such as Times New Roman, and have one-inch margins all around. When possible, papers should be submitted as a Word document rather than a PDF. An exception is made for papers composed in LaTeX, which may be submitted for review as a PDF (source files will be required only upon acceptance). Please submit your paper online at https://mc04.manuscriptcentral.com/dup-hop. Only original, unpublished papers will be considered. Please do not simultaneously offer your paper to another publication. Images should be scanned at a minimum of 300 dpi and at 4.25 inches wide and be submitted as a TIFF or EPS graphics file. When preparing your manuscript for final submission, refer to the seventeenth edition of The Chicago Manual of Style for matters of style and the journal’s complete style guide.
